This program is for borrowers with a 680 or better mid-FICO score. The lender currently lends in 12 states (contact us to find out where), and will be adding four more shortly.
Program highlights
- Six month term, with short extensions available
- NO MORTGAGE PAYMENTS DURING THE TERM OF THE LOAN
- Closing costs rolled into the loan
- 6 points and 15% interest only
- Will lend up to 70% of the ARV for SHFs, 65% for 2-4 units
